Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
